Another Compass

This new political compass seems to be a mere trifle.  According to this test it seems the author would have me as a hard core liberal.  Somehow I find it pretty lacking and any result extremely suspect.  Hence the grain of salt the author asks for should more likely be a boulder. 

As an example under the "National Defense" heading there is no mention of our societies dependence on oil.  Considering that in the last 30 years this resource has played a huge effect, shall we say havoc, on our national security this would seem to be a glaring point of national defense concern.  But in this quiz, not so much.  I won't waste my time breaking down more of its problem but suffice it to say I am not impressed.

Joe Klein is indeed a moron.  Where are the comments Mr. Serious?  We both know you folks have received hundreds of them.  If Time can't figure out how to handle comments perhaps they shouldn't invite them? You think?
